Great Boston Beer Marathon next weekend!

Viking hats, Fenway, 10:00am drinking start time? Yes, please!  Next weekend is the annual Beer Marathon in Boston, one of the biggest pub crawls in America! It includes 26 bars - half in Fenway and the second half in Allston.  Tickets include a Beer Marathon T-shirt, Viking hat, beads, and discounts at most bars.  I did this last year and it was definitely one of the highlights of my summer.  So if you want a crazy, fun time you must do this!  I'll also note that if you aren't a fan of drunk, viking hat wearing people - stay away from these two areas next Saturday.  Enjoy!

Boston Beer Summit April 13th &14th!

What better way to spend Friday the 13th than taste over 200 beers?  The Boston Beer Summit is hosting their second craft beer tasting April 13th at the Park Plaza Castle.  There are three different drinking times:

Friday, 4/13:  5:30 - 9:00PM

Saturday 4/14: 12:30 - 4:00PM

Saturday 4/14: 5:30 - 9:00PM

Harpoon St Patrick's Festival this weekend (March 2nd & 3rd)

Kick off the St. Patrick's Day season at Harpoon's annual St. Patrick's Festival this weekend!  Like their Harpoonfest and Octoberfest - the event will be held outside the brewery (306 Northern Ave) in tents, so hopefully it stops snowing soon!  Entrance is $20 (half off on Friday if you're a friend of Harpoon) which includes a drink ticket and souvenir cup.  These events are cash only, so stop at an ATM before you get there :)

Wine & Dine Next Monday (Feb. 27th) at Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro

Next Monday Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is returning their Wine & Dine Monday series!

The Bistro's Cecilia and Tracy are back to lead the lively wine discussion and good cheer.  Guests are treated to four courses paired with four wines for $60 per person (tax an gratuity are not included).  This Monday's wines will be featured from the Southwestern region of France.  Reservations are recommended - more information here..
