Next Monday Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is returning their Wine & Dine Monday series!

The Bistro's Cecilia and Tracy are back to lead the lively wine discussion and good cheer.  Guests are treated to four courses paired with four wines for $60 per person (tax an gratuity are not included).  This Monday's wines will be featured from the Southwestern region of France.  Reservations are recommended - more information here..

Eventbrite Boston, Vita Coco Coconut Water and Exhale Spa are hosting a yoga workshop for runners next Monday from 5:30PM to 8:00PM.  The workshop will consist of meeting with Nutritionist Elissa Siegel for tips of eating to maximize your workouts followed by treating your body to a deep stretch with a yoga class with Andrea Isabelle Lucas.

There will also be samples of beverages by Vita Coconut Water and light snacks from Bricco as well as complimentary mini spa therapies and gift bags!  Tickets are $25 with all proceeds going to Yoga Reaches Out benefitting Children's Hospital Boston and Africa Yoga Project.
